    - Calculate the rate in an hourly manner, for eg, if user is occupying the spot for a duration between 0 to 60 minutes, they are charged for the entire hour, if user is occupying the spot for a duration between 60 to 120 minutes, they are charged for two hours and so on. He said not to use any if statements and implement a formula to do the same
